On Main Street since 2011.

James Austin Law Firm is a four-attorney practice in downtown Franklin. We handle estate planning and probate, family law, business and real estate for families and small businesses across Middle Tennessee, and we've grown mostly by referral, from people we've helped before.

Four attorneys, still at 412 Main Street, Suite 200, still taking your call directly.

Four attorneys. You talk to one of them.

Every client works directly with an attorney from the first call. There's no call center and no paralegal intake screening, because what our clients want most is to see who they'd be working with and to be treated as a person, not a file number.

Franklin and the greater Nashville area

We serve families and businesses in Williamson, Davidson, Maury and Rutherford Counties, from our office on Main Street in downtown Franklin.

Most of our new clients are referred by past clients. Because we practice in four areas, many of them come back to us over the years, for a will, then a business, then a closing.
